Issue of NON-SLR Bonds
through Private placement to the tune of Rs.161.6 Crores which is fully
guaranteed by the Government of Kerala.
The Company has issued Rs. 70 Crores KTDFC Bond(Series I) , Rs. 60 Crores KTDFC Bond (Series II) and Rs 31.6 Crores Bond (Series III). The repayment of these Bonds along with interest are fully guaranteed by the Government of Kerala.Both these issues have been fully allotted through private placement basis.
